Orders
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (midweek) if the product is in stock (providing all credit card information is validated).  Orders made at weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.  If an item is out of stock at the time of order Snowride Sports will contact the customer offering the following solutions:
 
> Help find alternative item
> Back order the item and ship products at a later date
> Contact customer when item arrives back in stock
> Refund any payments made

Shipping Fee
Snowride Sports offer free shipping anywhere within New Zealand on full price items. A shipping fee maybe charged on sale price items.

Express Shipping
Express shipping can be arranged by phone at the cost of the customer.  Please call 03 377 3188 for more details.

Delivery
All deliveries require a signature on arrival.
 


 

Returns Policy – 14 day money back guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are able to send the item back to Snowride Sports within 14 days for exchange or a full refund.
 
> All products returned must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, instruction manuals and warranty booklets present.
> Original receipt and a complete returns form must be supplied with each return.
> Refunds will only be made by the method of payment
> Refund will be of the equal amount you paid for the product
> Skis that have been mounted (except system skis, which require no drilling) are non-refundable
> The delivery fee is non refundable
> Refunds will be made within 48 hours of Snowride Sports receiving the product.  Refunds may not show on your statement for a further 72 hours.

Warranties:
Every item Snowride Sports carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers.
Even our ex demo and pre owned skis have a 3 month warranty. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Labour and shipping are not covered under any warranty.

Snowride Sports shall not be responsible for the improper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise.
