Season Rental Terms and Conditions 1. All Equipment is priced based on size of equipment not by age of customer. Whilst the majority of the equipment is new, Snowride Sports NOT bound to supply new items. Numbers are strictly limited and gear is only reserved on receipt of this completed and signed contract. Equipment is issued on first come, first served basis. 2. ALL rented items must be returned to Snowride Sports before 1st November2010. 3. All equipment must be returned in good condition. Any repairs/replacement necessary, due to damage caused by other than fair wear and tear, will be charged to the credit card details provided in this contract, at a rate not greater than the purchase price. 4. All Season Rental equipment can be purchased at any time. 5. NO REFUNDS will be given once rented items have been picked up from the rental department. On completion of this contract your Credit Card will be deducted and items will beallocated as requested . Credit card information will be kept on record as the deposit for equipment rented. 6. All payment is to be made by accepted and verified credit card. If for any reason Snowride Sports is unable to deduct payment, the renter shall be in default and Snowride Sports reserves the right to charge penalties equal to one month’s season rental .(if a booking has been made)
At Snowride Sports we want you to have the right gear fitted by professional technicians so all sizing and fitting is done in store when you book and pick up your equipment. Does Snowride Sports insurance cover me for any loss or damage? No. Once equipment has been picked up by you, then the equipment becomes the responsibility of the person signing the rental agreement. It would be advisable to check with your insurance company to ensure that the items are covered. What do I need to do to keep my skis in good condition? Snowride Sports seasonal rental cost includes all maintenance on your skis Just bring them into our workshop at If I wish to purchase my Season Rental equipment what should I do? You should contact Snowride Sports and inform us of your details and the items you wish to purchase, including make, model and serial number. This ensures that the correct charges are put through and that you are not billed for any ‘late return charges’. All non-purchased season rental equipment is due back by 1st November 2010.
