Shopping and ordering guide - It is our aim to make your shopping experience with us an easy as possible, please read through this guide. If you have any queries or questions, please contact us and we will assist you in any way possible. We are here to help…

Purchasing from our store is quick, safe & easy - To browse through our store, simply click on the category of your choice located on the left hand side of the site. To see the full product information, simply click either on the product picture, title or view more. You will see the full product information, price, colour & sizing options.

You can browse the different pages and categories - When you find something you wish to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button, associated with that product. This adds the item into your virtual shopping cart. You can always remove it if you change your mind later. Many of the items have options for a different colour or a different size. Be sure to choose the option you want on those items.

If you want to view the items in your shopping cart - You may choose the Edit Cart button, located below the Cart Contents area. This button will appear under your Cart Contents area once an item has been purchased. This will take you to the View Cart Contents area. To get back to your previous shopping page from this page, use the Back button below your virtual shopping cart.

Removing or Changing items in your virtual shopping cart - If you wish to remove items you can do this whilst in the View Cart Contents area by using the Remove button. Simply select the item you no longer wish to purchase and choose the Remove button. If you wish to change the quantity of an item, you can do that from here also. Just change the quantity number next to that item, then select the Change button. If you make a mistake simply select the reset button and the form will return to the original state.

When you are finished shopping and wish to pay - Go to the Checkout button, and select how you would like to pay for your goods. The checkout Wizard will lead you through your preferred method of payment and delivery options. Once you have finalised your order you will receive an Order Number. Either print this out or write the number down so we can help you quickly should you have any need to contact us later.

To Apply a Discount Voucher - Go to the View Cart Contents area. Enter the voucher code in the input box provided, and select the Apply button beside the box. The voucher value will be automatically discounted from your grand total.
