COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No purchase or fee is required to enter. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.

Entry and closing dates for each competition are displayed on Snowride Sports website.

Entry is through the competition pages of the Snowride Sports website. Winners will be notified by phone. A valid phone number must be supplied on entry form.

Prize winners will be determined by a random draw from all entries received before the closing date. Prizes not claimed within seven working days of notification may be re-drawn.

Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or other property and are subject to the terms and conditions and refund policies of the advertiser or promoter that is sponsoring the competition or providing the prizes. The size and model of any prize (skis, snowboard, equipment and clothing etc.) is subject to availability at the time of draw.

Employees of Snowride Sports, the advertiser or promoter that is sponsoring the competition or providing the prizes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition or win any prizes.

Snowride Sports and the advertiser or promoter that is sponsoring the competition or providing the prizes reserves the right to use the winner's name and photo for promotional purposes.

Each winner acknowledges that Snowride Sports accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winner winning the prizes and/or using the prizes. Each winner shall accept and use the prizes at their own risk.

In the event of any dispute, the Managing Director of Snowride Sports shall make a final and binding determination.
